For the better part of going on a year+ (and truly what feels like longer), the mortgage/ real estate industry has been fraught with strong winds and high tide. Our company uses several AMC's and AmeriMac is in another level! They are quick to respond and assign orders right away so you don't waste any time. They also have one of the best account managers in the business with Brian Hopkins. He's always available if things are not moving smoothly or you need something rushed due to a time crunch. AmeriMac is super easy to work with! Preferred AMC for the company I work for. We order exclusively through Amerimac due to the ease of placing orders and how quickly they are able to assign the orders to appraisers. We have tried other AMCs but none compare to Amerimac. The team is fabulous and always willing to help me with any questions or needs I or the lender may have!!

I had a tough deal and need a 2nd appraisal ASAP and AmeriMac came through and we received the jumbo appraisal back in 3 days and needed a rebuttal which we received in 24 hours and saved the deal. This should get your attention! Ordered an appraisal towards the end of October and needing it quick. We got that one back in 3 days. I was blown away. But wait there is more. The first deal fell out and the buyer immediately found another property. He asked me if it was even possible to close on our original date. Every time I speak with someone at AmeriMac they are always so helpful and professional. I've had to call a few times regarding issues with an appraisal. If I have a question I can call and get a live and knowledgeable person 100% of the time. I was very hesitant to order an appraisal from an out of state AMC, but I decided to take a chance and try. I mean – it is slow right now, so might as well take a chance. After searching the internet, I came across Amerimac – located in Ohio – and since the property that I was hoping to fund was in Ohio, I figured they were the best choice. I was right! The process could not have been easier! The report was back before the due date, and it was a high-quality report! It needed no revisions! I have NEVER had that happen! But the best part of the whole thing was the service! Every single person I spoke with was kind, pleasant and knowledgeable! But, the best thing was that I didn’t really need to reach out to them! THEY reached out to me! I was informed of the progress of my order at every step! And not just some random auto-generated statement (I did get some of them), but a personalized note each time! I want to thank Mariellen and the team for an experience that was top notch! I will 100 percent be ordering from Amerimac again!
